Chez Nous

Chez Nous is a local restaurant in the Houston area of Texas. I chose this place to reinvent due to the fact that they had little to no branding of their own, but also because they possess a rich history and a very apparent dedication to their fare.

Nestled into a residential area of Humble, they are truly a hidden gem of fine French cuisine even more authentic than most places in France. Chez Nous was established in 1984 by Chef Gerard Brach from Perigueux, France, along with his wife and three daughters. The restaurant was clearly their culture and livelihood, as well as their home.

For this project, I had the opportunity to bring in my own fascination with French culture and language to create a dining experience that could compliment and reflect the caliber of perfection and warmth that any diner would find at a Chez Nous table.
